What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership building a great company from the top down
One thing i like about the leadership team is they mean it when they say the "drivers are the captain of the ship".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Common decency and respect for people
Communication, not promoting based on friendships
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its ok benefits, did not use then that much
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What would make me feel better about my compensation is more pto, more contribution to the 401k also better hourly pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is allowed the opportunity to show their value and grow within the company as long as they put in the effort.
Some things about our teamrg05@gmail is everyone is willing to help and a bunch of people who will do what it takes to get the job done
My overnight team was extremely talented individuals but attitudes outweighed
