Keeps everybody toned together make it fun exciting and relaxing

It changes everyday. Dealers are very irritable

Working and helping others is what makes me happy.
Cause i know that its always something interesting going on to keep it entertaining
Being able to have a bit of freedom to determine the right solution for the customers
Lack of communication favoritism and leadership

Communication and the rates for the dealers.
No one follows company rules no one shows up on time
