    Level of pay depends on your manager not the market rate. Holiday entitlement is great.

    A toxic culture I never thought I'd see. Entitlement among some of the lifers, competing for resources and the ugliness of it falls down to grades below that never should have that kind of visibility
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Horrible turn over in benefits over the years, sometimes mid-year.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    VC backed with a high turn over of FTEs at end of season to clean up the books. Some within sales leadership lack the maturity to match their roles & responsibilities
