The leadership is decentralized to CRA's various practices with each VP having immense flexibility in the work they pursue and those they staff on their projects. The culture is quite flat - seniors, middle and junior staff all work together as a cohesive unit (in the forensics practice).

Middle and senior management are superb. You also get to choose with whom you work - so if you don't get along with certain peers, you don't have to work with them.

Meritocracy. CRA is a mertiocracy - if you work hard and do well, they treat you extremely well and you will move up the ranks quickly.

The speed - my interview process was very quick. From the first interview (of five), I had received an offer in 2.5 weeks. Other firms had me interviewing for months until i was eventually ghosted or declined an offer.
