He served as the Chief/Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Paxar Corporation from July 1, 2005 to June 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Andrea Electronics Corp. until June 2003 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary from November 1999 to June 2003. He joined Andrea Electronics Corp. in April 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of Andrea Electronics Corporation and also served as its Vice President and Controller until November 1999. From 1992 to April 1997, he was employed in the audit and business advisory division at Arthur Andersen LLP. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. He serves as a Director of Crane Electronics, Inc. He served as a Director of the Internal Audit Practice for Protiviti Inc. from June 2003 to July 2005 and led a group of consultants, who provided Sarbanes-Oxley and risk management services for corporate clients. Mr. Maue is a Certified Public Accountant. He received BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1992.
