Mr. Richard A. Maue, also known as Rich, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Crane Co. since January 28, 2013. Mr. Maue served as Vice President of Crane Co. from August 21, 2007 to January 28, 2013 and Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from August 21, 2007 to December 2011. He served as the Chief/Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Paxar Corporation from July 1, 2005 to June 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Andrea Electronics Corp. until June 2003 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary from November 1999 to June 2003. He joined Andrea Electronics Corp. in April 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of Andrea Electronics Corporation and also served as its Vice President and Controller until November 1999. From 1992 to April 1997, he was employed in the audit and business advisory division at Arthur Andersen LLP. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.
