Very smart people, very good communication.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ronald Lindeboom is a very generous and thoughtful boss. He truly cares about his employees and treats them like family.
Creative COW has had fully paid medical, dental, and optical many years before the Affordable Care Act.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is on the same page. So it makes the everyday workings of the company easygoing and pleasant. Everyone is a pleasure to work with.
The Creative COW team is a highly motivated group of creative people who work well together and inspire one another.
The team at Creative COW has always strived for excellence, without building an environment that is unnecessarily competitive and fractious.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is "virtual" meaning everyone works out of their homes, an ideal situation. Mutual trust and respect reigns!
Everyone believes in each other. That is rare in a company.
Team building and a belief in one another are basics in the way that Creative COW operates as a company.
