Horrible. No communication. No care for employees. Drive absurd activity reporting that is busy work and not beneficial. Over work employees. No work life balance. Terrible environment. The snacks are good.

We work fine together when we are not micro managed

The culture is mismanaged and it's going to overflow to customers. Start at the source.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the rediculous demands to participate in every little activity and stop requiring 12 + hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop overworking employees with fire chasing. 12 hour days everyday is absurd and a recipe for burnout which is what we have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on people and communicating. Understand emotional triggers rather than seeing employee as a utility to throw away. The turn over is out of control
