Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in over a year into the company with little to no pay. I worked full time and recieved no overtime payment let alone a real paycheck. Employees in accounting where switching numbers and I ended up losing it all. Home, savings, family. I lost it all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are well engaged, enthusiastic and hard working
We all communicate, we build strategies and we work together as a teams. We help each other and we network.

There is a strong feeling of working as one cohesive team
There are many different cultures that work for Credico. And the environment is very professional.

Helping the company succeed, helping my colleagues, solving problems
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is embezzling funds and taking from other employees that work long hours and put in the extra work. Team leaders are not leading and there are beyond way too many broken promises from leaders to the other employees on the team
