Someone proficient in Sketch and Invision and open to exploring emerging design and prototyping tools. Comfortable working under their own direction when needed and can take initiative to move the project forward. Good experience in product design is also a must. A lot to learn here, great place to grow.
How flexible is your work schedule at Cremalab?
Extremely flexible. We can work where and when we want as long as we get our work done, make meetings, etc. Also, the absence of a vacation policy allows us to take off the time we need. Great place if you're looking for those things!
