From 1982 to 1999, he was a Partner in the law firm of Kosto & Rotella, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida, which he joined in 1983 and practice in commercial litigation and business practice. He was General Counsel of Prosoft Training (formerly a NASDAQ company now sold) from 1987 to 2005. Mr. Korn serves as a Director of Prosoft Learning Corp. (Formerly Prosofttraining.com) since June 1997. He served as a Lead Independent Director of Flanders Corp. until December 15, 2009 and its Director from December 2007 to December 15, 2009. He served as a director of Prosoft Training from 1987 to 2005. Mr. Korn graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a B.A. in Political Science in 1979 and received a J.D. degree from Stetson University in 1982.
