Keith Haas — Chief Executive Officer of Expanded Americas Building Products Group at CRH PLC

Mr. Keith Haas has been Chief Executive Officer of expanded Americas Building Products Group at CRH plc since February 2012. Mr. Haas served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Building Products, Inc. from January 2011 to February 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Architectural Products at CRH plc. He began his business career at Amoco Chemical Company as a mechanical and project engineer and he started at Oldcastle, Inc., in 1995 as Assistant Vice President of Business Development. In 1997, Mr. Haas was promoted to Director of Business Development at Oldcastle Distribution and held that position until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Midwest Regional Manager for Oldcastle Distribution. In 2001, Mr. Haas was named to serve as Vice President of Development for Oldcastle Architectural and in 2002 he was promoted to President of Oldcastle Architectural's South Region, holding that position through 2005. In 2006, he was named President of Oldcastle Retail, Inc. Mr. Haas holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BME from Georgia Institute of Technology.
