Randy Lake — Chief Executive Officer of Americas Materials at CRH PLC

Mr. Randy Lake has been the Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Materials, Inc since May 12, 2016. Mr. Lake served as President of CRH Americas Materials of Oldcastle Materials, Inc since January 21, 2016 until May 12, 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until January 21, 2016. Mr. Lake leads a family of companies across 44 states with more than 17,000 employees at 1,400 locations which generated revenues in excess of $6.0B in 2011. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Americas Materials at CRH plc since February 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Americas Building Solutions, which focuses on strategic and national accounts. He joined Oldcastle in 1996 and has held progressively more senior operating and leadership positions in APG and Materials operations. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oldcastle Building Solutions, the business unit he helped launch in 2010 to introduce and position Oldcastle's full portfolio of products and engineering services to strategic developers and design/build firms throughout the U.S. Mr. Lake has held a number of operating positions with increasing responsibility. Beginning in the Architectural Products Group as the General Manager of several block and paving stone manufacturing facilities, he progressed to President of Oldcastle's National Retail Division - concentrating on building the Oldcastle footprint and brand with Lowe's, Home Depot and Wal-Mart Stores. In early 2002, he joined OMG as General Manager of Pennsy Supply, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA and progressed into more senior operating and strategic leadership roles over the next 8 years, leading to the role of President of Oldcastle Materials - Performance Group, in which he concentrated on leveraging and teaching best practice concepts in aggregate production, construction services and commercial execution throughout the company. Mr. Lake holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in Business Administration from Grace College.
