Scott W. Parson — President of Mountain West Division and Senior Vice President of Americas Materials West at CRH PLC

Mr. Scott W. Parson has been the President of West Division at Oldcastle Materials, Inc. since July 28, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Americas Materials West. Mr. Parson serves as President of Mountain West Division at CRH plc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Staker Parson Companies, Inc. since January 2007. He has worked in the business founded by his grandfather, Jack B. Parson, for more than 20 years, leading ready- mixed concrete supplier Jack B. Parson Cos. He joined Oldcastle in 1996 through the acquisition of Jack B. Parson Companies. During his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including Human Resources Director, Marketing Director, Vice President of Safety, Human Resources & Environment at Jack B. Parson Companies and General Manager of Staker Parson Companies President and Division President. He serves as Vice Chairman of the National Ready-mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and chaired the organization's government affairs and education committees. He served as the Chairman of the Salt Lake Chamber, Utah's largest business association, Ready Mixed Concrete Research & Education Foundation and the Weber State University Parson Construction Management Technology Program Industry Advisory Council. He serves on the Weber State University Board of Trustees. Mr. Parson graduated from Brigham Young University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, where he earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
