I am amazed at the quality of my co-workers. Not just smart but good people with good ideas. No deadwood anywhere which is rare and amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of experienced combined with clear vision that actually makes sense. You rarely see both at the same time. More often than not a founder has clear vision but cannot execute and manage so you bring in the experienced manager with no vision. Cribl is lucky to have both at the same time.
