Everyone int he team is from different backgrounds so they bring different and innovative ideas.

Open, very approachable, cares for their employees and in general has an intense passion to do what's right for the customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular benefits comparable to rest of the companies, perks like home office setup, etc. are a plus. Good stock plans.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is remote first company, but, it doesn't feel that way. Everyone is respectful of others, inclusive and there is no hidden agenda
