What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary and substantial equity package. We also have two calibration sessions a year which provide opportunities for salary adjustments in a rapidly changing economic environment as well as stock grant refreshes.

We care about each other's success as much as we do our own. We collaborate, jump in to help others when help is needed, and learn from each other. Every single person I've interacted with at Cribl is doing phenomenal work.

Their transparency in all that is happening with our business, our goals, and each of our roles towards achieving them. They are genuine and care about their employees as much as they care about making Cribl successful. They're also down to earth, approachable, and provide great mentorship.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is inclusive, non judgmental, and fun. We believe that doing our best work doesn't mean we can't enjoy our day or laugh while we do it. When we claim we laugh a lot at work, it is a reflection of us taking our work seriously but not taking each other too seriously while we're at it.
