What is the best part about your compensation package?
Appreciate that companywide bonuses are real and fully paid. Although health-insurance choices have narrowed drastically, the two remaining ones are pretty good, and the employee cost is right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People jump to help each other, and people welcome others onto "their" turf to improve things. Cooperative people, low silos and barriers, and overall commitment to delivering high quality to customers.
