I like the frequency of promotions, pay increases, and the fact that our bonus is distributed quarterly and not annually.

Having coworkers who are brilliant but also good humans, feeling valued and being compensated fairly and equitably, having the opportunity to grow and feeling supported by my leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't encountered a more "together" culture b4. We rally behind our team members to celebrate with them or support them when they need it. We also use tons of references from the "Office" :-)
