They're honest, approachable and forward thinking.
Open door policy and (some) transparency.
I feel like they genuinely care about the well-being of their employees, but just because there is a positive ROI on having happy healthy workers, but because they care about us as human beings.

Meeting with so many different people at the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom and autonomy and well as work from home.
My coworkers are wonderful. Criteria has gone remote indefinitely because of the pandemic, and I genuinely miss seeing my coworkers (and their dogs!) every day.
