Individual responsibility means we can make our own decisions. Culture is actively thought about and shaped as a group rather than being ignored or imposed.

Honest feedback that helps us improve both individually and as a team. No process for the sake of it - everything has a clear reason to happen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Given time to talk to current employees without it being an interview. Gave me a chance to see what things we were like and get a better feel for the team I was joining.
