great coworkers with great resumes, super smart, we all work well together. just a great team environment inside and outside of the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Basically, there is no disparity between leaders and others except for excellent advice and great work suggestions. Otherwise, all are great listeners and quite humble.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Crossover health is one of the most dynamic group of health care workers I have yet come across. They all love their job, respect each other, and put the patient first. Where else does that exist across the board?
