We have a gorgeous office filled with friendly, smart people. We have events like potlucks and barbeques, or offsites, every few weeks or so. I also love our "Summer Schedule," where we get Friday half-days. You feel your wins and learn from your losses, but aren't worked to the bone.

I love that no matter what I'm doing any given day, there's an opportunity to contribute. If I have ideas, my manager is receptive, and the team tends to let people branch out beyond their particular job description if they want to. I also love my department - everyone has a good sense of humor.
