What did you like most about the interview process?
The lies that were told were very appealing, though I didn't know they were lies then.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone just wants to play and there is way too much drama over people sleeping around. Nothing positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They closed the doors and didn't give a severance package even to employees that had 12 or more years of work there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company was a union company and took dues even when they were closing while the union did nothing to protect the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of them are buddies with the supervisors so they get treated differently like being allowed to be on their phones instead of working.
