Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unsafe working conditions, lack of training, immature management who lack basic skills in dealing with staff.
I work in a hospital, and our insurance is so bad that this hospital won't take it.
We do a lot in patient mobility team and should be paid more for our performance.
To be paid my worth I go above and beyond to making sure we have a clean work place

Nice, caring, great to talk with and work together
Teamwork is good between coworkers, but consensus is working conditions are unsafe.
We get along and work together assisting staff and each other.
Nothing that i can put into three hundred words.

Criticism and stop talking about other coworkers to the leads
A lot of them are buddies with the supervisors so they get treated differently like being allowed to be on their phones instead of working.
