What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value transparency but do not make me feel it is a burden to get the information.
They are transparent in ways that help us all understand our part to play
They all have an open door policy, if I have a question about anything I know I can go to any of them and get the help or answers I need.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have 5 core values and we live them everyday.
We try to have sufficient meetings but not so many that it feels as if all we do is have meetings
Even though I remote in I still feel like home here at Crowd Favorite, it's one big happy family.
