Big 4 hours with a mid-range reputation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative - everyone pulls together to succeed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's too bad they have to hire all the Big 4 rejects to fill out their ranks. Some of the dumbest coworkers I've ever met.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company supports staff and in turn staff supports the clients
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Crowe SF operates like it's still in 2005. It's almost 2020.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was so easy. Nothing technical, nothing asked that qualifies me (or any other candidate) for an audit position. Embarrassing frankly.
I enjoyed meeting all the people I would interact with internally every day
