Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they lie about the position, then add your responsibilities without increasing your wage. This allows for the favored employees to spend hours in meetings with the CEO and COO. Result the favored get paid 6 figures and the rest get close to minimum wage.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it's so toxic that we can't have a conversation without negative emotions, best to stay quiet, do all the work for the favored team and go home. Then force yourself to do it again the next day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
get rid of the executives and their yes crew and hire real management with actual christian values
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
stop with the popularity contest, hire people for their skills not who is going to be fun at the next happy hour.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cutting corners which could potentially lead to selling counterfeit merchandise. Take cyber threats more seriously to protect customer personal information
