What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super transparent and open about our individual impact and how the company is growing and scaling.
The leadership team is super transparent. They tell you exactly what's going on with the company on a weekly basis. They are also quite approachable, and are open to any questions or ideas employees may have.
In the last year Crunchbase has added a diverse and industry leading set of executives. The vision of the team is in line with our growth -- excited for the future of Crunchbase.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay well at Crunchbase.
I received a 40% raise coming here from my previous role.
Very generous across the various benefits as well as salary and equity grant.
Equity package has a good upside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Crunchbase is super open to working together to come up with a solution and are open to experimenting and trying new things.
We have each other's backs and we work effectively together to get s*it done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are amazing so working with them makes it worth it. Plus the growth Crunchbase is having is super fun

They got back to me extremely quickly. I got an offer one day after my virtual onsite interviews.
Smooth and well organized with no gaps and quick feedback on my candidacy.
