Mr. David Ashley Lee, CPA, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Cryolife Inc. since November 3, 2004 and has been its Chief Financial Officer since April 2000 and served as its Treasurer from December 2002 to November 2004. Mr. Lee is responsible for the financial affairs of CryoLife Inc., as well as information technology, human resources and purchasing. He served as Vice President of Finance of Cryolife Inc. from April 2000 to November 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 7, 2006. Mr. Lee served as Controller of CryoLife Inc. from December 1994 to April 2000 and Treasurer from December 2002 to November 2004. From 1993 to 1994, he served as an Assistant Director of Finance for Compass Retail Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Lee was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Lee received his BS in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.
