The dental plan is good.
Excellent Insurance program with company paid life and disabiity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid according to national averages for what I do. No concern for my department throughout the company. Higher pay and bonuses, better benefits, better insurance.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
They need to value their employees more, especially those below VP level. Stop hiring your old friends in as Director, VP or higher and start promoting from within more often.
