What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting to know the team better and understanding their strengths and weaknesses so they can more strategically allocate resources and give better directions. They need to treat employees better, not just the ones they personally favor and hang out with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are worse than similar companies though pay is comparable. Managers are sticklers for arriving exactly on time and do not like employees doing any work from home. They have a very outdated view of the workplace and what is common and expected these days.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much drama and gossip. These are college graduates in salaried positions who act like high schoolers too often.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to lead by example better and set better guidelines regarding behavior.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The management is unsupportive of employees except the few they hang out with.
