Mr. Derek Locke has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of CSG Systems International Inc. since May 5, 2016. Mr. Locke is a Partner in the Dallas office and is active in BCG's technology & communications and sales & marketing practice areas. Prior to joining CSG, he served as the Managing Director and Partner of The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG) for 18 years where he focused on the telecommunications, media and technology sectors. Mr. Locke joined BCG in 1998. He has worked within BCG's customer discovery program to drive step-change share gains with large enterprise accounts. He spent five years with Sprint Corporation where he was nominated to the inaugural class of a selective leadership development program. Prior to Sprint, Mr. Locke served as a Systems Consultant at Andersen Consulting for 2 years. Mr. Locke is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
