Mr. Bret C. Griess has been the President of CSG Systems International, Inc. since June 2015 and its Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2016. Mr. Griess served as Chief Operating Officer of CSG Systems International, Inc. since March 8, 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at CSG Systems International, Inc. from February 2009 to June 10, 2015. He served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Convergent Services & Solutions of CSG Systems International Inc. since February 19, 2009. Mr. Griess provides strategic oversight to CSG's enterprise wide information technology and computer systems. He served Senior Vice President of Operations & Delivery for CSG Systems International Inc. since February 19, 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of CSG Systems International, Inc. until February 2009. He joined CSG in 1996 and served as Senior Vice President of CSG's Convergent Services & Solutions (CSS) business unit. He provides leadership to the core development, operations and delivery teams, who own the creation, support and implementation of CSG's customer interaction solutions. He worked in systems analysis and product and project management for the electronic product and telecommunications industries. He has been a Director of CSG Systems International, Inc. since January 2016. He spent six years in the Air Force as a Systems Analyst. Mr. Griess holds a Master of Arts in Management and a BS degree in Management from Bellevue University in Nebraska, an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Science in Business Administration degree from Brevard Community College in Florida.
