Gregory L. Cannon — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CSG Systems International

Mr. Gregory L. Cannon, also known as Greg, has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CSG Systems International, Inc. since 2016 and serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Cannon leads CSG's legal, compliance, global health and safety and quality management programs and also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the corporation. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading high performance legal, government affairs and compliance teams. He has a proven track record of handling complex legal issues, working with a variety of customers and suppliers, resolving challenging disputes and managing corporate risk with a high level of integrity. Mr. Cannon joined CSG in 2007 and rose to the role of Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer until 2016. Prior to joining CSG, he worked for a number of large telecommunications and cable companies including MediaOne, AT&T Broadband and Adelphia. Mr. Cannon received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
