Executive Bio
Mr. Kent Steffen has been President of Global OTT Business of CSG Systems International Inc. since March 17, 2016. Mr. Steffen served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Architect and President of Telution Inc., which he co-founded in 1998. Mr. Steffen served as lead architect of Andersen's communications industry practice working with long distance and local providers to create customer care and call center solutions, and was a representative to numerous communications industry standards bodies. Mr. Steffen co-founded Telution after ten years with Andersen Consulting where he spearheaded enterprise-level programs in the communications, health care and financial services industries. At Andersen, he managed the creation of Andersen's FinancialWorks', a component-based solution center for the financial services industry. Mr. Steffen served as Member of Board of Directors of Telution, Inc. He also serves as a Member of Board of Advisors of Interactions LLC. Mr. Steffen received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.
