He served as the Chief Financial Officer of National Security Sector at SRA from 2011 to 2013. He joined SRA's Financial Planning & Analysis team in 2003. Prior to joining SRA, he was an Associate Consultant for Navigant Consulting Inc. and a Senior Financial Analyst for Maden Tech Consulting. Mr. Keffer holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Georgetown University and a masters of business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
