Giving out bonuses and incentives. Have holiday parties and or company picnics.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on education and experience I believe I should be paid a higher salary. There are other companies willing to pay a higher salary for same skills and abilities.
Pay rate is 15% below the company's pay rate for my title.
