Executive Bio

Ms. Sally Sullivan has been an Executive Vice President of Homeland Security Group at CSRA Inc. since April 2016. Ms. Sullivan served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at CSRA Inc. until March 19, 2016. Ms. Sullivan was responsible for the development and execution of strategies to grow the business and strengthen relationships with commercial technology partners to bring Next Generation and Enterprise IT solutions tailored to the complex mission critical needs of DoD, the Intelligence Community and Civilian Agency environments. She joined CSC in 2013 as Vice President of NPS Business Development and Strategy to reinvigorate the organization's bid and capture approach and activity. She joined CSC from ManTech International Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Market Expansion. In addition to being a key influence for broadening the company's capabilities in intelligence, cybersecurity and advanced technology for military and federal civil markets, she actively participated in mergers and acquisitions that expanded the company's market. During her tenure, ManTech was named one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the nation and one of the 400 best big companies in the United States by Forbes magazine. Ms. Sullivan has held senior leadership positions at Bechtel National, Northrop Grumman and EDS. She has served on the boards of CharityWorks, The Father McKenna Center in Washington, D.C., The Country Day School in McLean, Va., and as Board Chair for The Fishing School School. She has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University.
