What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership at the University is positive and constructive if sometimes a little slow moving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The benefits are really the winner at this job. The health benefits are excellent. Retirement is also good.
What are some of the best things about your team?There are some great people with great ideas working at the University. I enjoy the diversity and the generosity with ideas of many of my colleagues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading, enforcing rules, rewarding good workers, not just by how many years you have there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Solving problems, not just talking about them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?too many layers of management and no sense of hurry.
