What makes you most happy at work?
We laugh a lot, we don't take things too serious and overall it's a really fun place to be.
Phenomenal staff at each location.
Working with my team and helping our members grow their own companies.
What makes me so happy about work is seeing how the employees around me all feel empowered to be the best they can be. Everyone's role is important and at CTRL it does not go unnoticed.
Making progress toward our tasks and gaining more responsibility and trust.
Getting to work alongside such great individuals.
I love that I’m challenged everyday. We get to d something different so it’s never dull. We also get to experience really awesome people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO & COO (mostly the latter) are severely inexperienced and lie about nearly everything to get an end result. There is absolutely no structure whatsoever. The Leadership Team is petty and full of self-inflicted drama. Everyone walks on eggshells to please the COO.
