This is a really great company to work at. The team is really fun and the job has kept my interest for the last couple of years.
Dedicated people all working towards the same goal.
They are Leaders, not managers. They brought me on early on in the company and till this day even though we've grown they still take time to check in and make sure that I'm personally doing well in life and for my position.
What I enjoy most about my leadership team is their openness and willingness to take in our feedback. They make it known that they value employees for the skillsets, making us feel empowered to thrive.
They are passionate, driven and genuinely care for their work and employees
Severely unprofessional CEO and management team.
Empowering their employees for the position they were hired for.
Flexible time off and a supporting team.
Free Health Insurance after three months!
Healthcare, Great pay, Promotion capabilities.
Having such great insurance coverage.
All our benefits are 100% paid by the company
This is only referring to insurance. The only feedback is it would be helpful to be able to pick an insurance package that tailors to the individual's needs. Besides that, it is hard to not feel blessed overall for what has been provided.
Less support received for work compared to other departments. Feedback and ideas seem to be overlooked. Compensation adjusted based on the level of work after the review.
We support each other and everyone really gets along well. All the bad employees are now gone.
We all work together and engage well with each other.
Flexibility is key and it has been hard not finding a person at CTRL Collective willing to be flexible to help where needed.
Friendly and driven. Accomplishing goals despite the obstacles.
Their willingness to work together to accomplish a common goal.
Stretched far & thin. Each location works on a ‘lean team’ structure and is pulled in EVERY direction. Location employees should receive commission, instead, they receive training development to enhance their skillsets related to their position. What’s wrong with being rewarded with cash incentives
How we support out members and our COO is really good. He really cares about all of us and he works hard right along side us.
It's open, creative and encourages me to want to be there and strive for a better me.
The family aspect. We all look out for each other and help in any way that we can.
We can be ourselves it’s encouraged. We don’t have to be this stiff corporate place lacking personality.
An actual work-life balance. Employees are expected to work 60 hours minimum, otherwise they are targeted for being the next one fired.
I was interviewed by Mattison and he was flexible but asked me tough questions.

We laugh a lot, we don't take things too serious and overall it's a really fun place to be.
Phenomenal staff at each location.
Working with my team and helping our members grow their own companies.
What makes me so happy about work is seeing how the employees around me all feel empowered to be the best they can be. Everyone's role is important and at CTRL it does not go unnoticed.
Making progress toward our tasks and gaining more responsibility and trust.
The CEO & COO (mostly the latter) are severely inexperienced and lie about nearly everything to get an end result. There is absolutely no structure whatsoever. The Leadership Team is petty and full of self-inflicted drama. Everyone walks on eggshells to please the COO.
