What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a really great company to work at. The team is really fun and the job has kept my interest for the last couple of years.
Dedicated people all working towards the same goal.
They are Leaders, not managers. They brought me on early on in the company and till this day even though we've grown they still take time to check in and make sure that I'm personally doing well in life and for my position.
What I enjoy most about my leadership team is their openness and willingness to take in our feedback. They make it known that they value employees for the skillsets, making us feel empowered to thrive.

We support each other and everyone really gets along well. All the bad employees are now gone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How we support out members and our COO is really good. He really cares about all of us and he works hard right along side us.
It's open, creative and encourages me to want to be there and strive for a better me.
The family aspect. We all look out for each other and help in any way that we can.
We can be ourselves it’s encouraged. We don’t have to be this stiff corporate place lacking personality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by Mattison and he was flexible but asked me tough questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
We laugh a lot, we don't take things too serious and overall it's a really fun place to be.

What makes me so happy about work is seeing how the employees around me all feel empowered to be the best they can be. Everyone's role is important and at CTRL it does not go unnoticed.
