Mr. Foster served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Transactions and Associate General Counsel at American Financial Realty Trust. From April 2003 to February 2009, he served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Gramercy Realty, a division of Gramercy Capital Corp. Prior to joining American Financial Realty Trust, he was an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP from 1999 to 2003.
