I wish I had more help to run my facility. My district is so short on help, and turn over so high, quality help is far and few between but the expectations and responsibilities increase constantly.

We do communicate within our district and specifically the stores in our market.

The open door policy is most positive. Doesnt always resolve an issue, but you get to be heard.

It was more personal than most interviews, not a typical get them in, get them out type interview.
