What I liked most was how confortable the interviewer made me feel
Met the District Manager first. Also what system I would use.
My interview was positive. The person looked at my past experience and abilities.
This was almost 14 years ago and what I liked most is the Manager who interviewed me made me feel comfortable enough to be myself.

It was straight and to the point about what the job entailed. At least for me, and my first interview was with the person that trained me, and who is my GM and teammate. My DM did 2nd interview, and he pretty much went over same as first interview.
