- What did you like most about the interview process?I got to meet multiple people, and they were really interested in me. This company is different. They actually want to know about you. Also, they do not ask you boiler plate question. I had a great experience. I wish more companies would do this.
- What makes you most happy at work?I look forward to coming to work each day. I get to work with amazing people, and I know I make a difference daily.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have one of the best company cultures. Leadership listens to your feedback. We are empowered to do our job. No micromanaging. Quarterly, all company gatherings. Lots of company events throughout the year. Monthly company social hours, etc. Bottom line is we are treated like professionals.
