What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have one of the best company cultures. Leadership listens to your feedback. We are empowered to do our job. No micromanaging. Quarterly, all company gatherings. Lots of company events throughout the year. Monthly company social hours, etc. Bottom line is we are treated like professionals.
People-focused, No Micromanaging, Great Benefits, Unlimited PTO, Great perks, etc.
Very friendly, collaborative, flexible & relaxed work environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet multiple people, and they were really interested in me. This company is different. They actually want to know about you. Also, they do not ask you boiler plate question. I had a great experience. I wish more companies would do this.
The interviews were more about them getting to know me & how I can help the company vs. boilerplate questions.
The straightforwardness, professionalism, & responsiveness of the interviewers. Also, they didn't use a boiler plate interview questionnaire.

I look forward to coming to work each day. I get to work with amazing people, and I know I make a difference daily.
Being able to make a difference each and every day. Having an opportunity to work with & for amazing people.
