What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have one of the best company cultures. Leadership listens to your feedback. We are empowered to do our job. No micromanaging. Quarterly, all company gatherings. Lots of company events throughout the year. Monthly company social hours, etc. Bottom line is we are treated like professionals.

People-focused, No Micromanaging, Great Benefits, Unlimited PTO, Great perks, etc.

Very friendly, collaborative, flexible & relaxed work environment.
