Friendly, approachable, a little on the quiet side. Not a lot of aggressive jerks. Definitely too many meetings...a culture that is frequently acknowledged but never really fixed.

401(k) match up to 5%, marginal high-deductible health insurance, a mickey-mouse onsite medical clinic.
Health insurance is poor. They offer flex accounts, pension, 401k, paid time off (sick/vacation) life insurance and both short and long term disability
