  • 401(k) match up to 5%, marginal high-deductible health insurance, a mickey-mouse onsite medical clinic.

  • Health insurance is poor. They offer flex accounts, pension, 401k, paid time off (sick/vacation) life insurance and both short and long term disability

  • The interview process is very "HR," fairly impersonal. A lot of redundancies and subtle messages that convey this company is more concerned about process than people. (And in some cases, even common sense.)
