What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Executive team is very approachable.
Transparency! They've also vastly improved benefits because employees expressed that it would make them happier and more secure in their roles.
The best company atmosphere I have ever been around. Everyone here at Currency wants everyone to succeed and push each other to do their absolute best. I love best about the leadership team is that they help push everyone to surpass their goals.
Leadership is transparent and has a flat structure. Easy to talk to.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision, and Flexible PTO
In addition to a competitive base salary I have realistic expectations that has allowed me to consistently achieve bonus. My overall earnings is very competitive for the market.
Good bonus structure with equity.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great camaraderie and work well together.
I feel comfortable asking for help, I really feel like my team is working towards a common goal and supports one another. Our leader is very focused on setting us up for success and provides opportunities for learning and professional development.
Everyone helps out each other to push them past their goals and everyone really wants everyone to succeed. This progress shows everyday. I love the team I work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly improving to be better than we were yesterday.
There is a welcoming atmosphere throughout the office. I have been able to make friendships across multiple teams which I think is great.
Competitive and rewards driven culture so it's positive if you like that. It can be too intense for some.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
We are only hiring for top talent here, so there are a few rounds to the interview. Mine was 4 separate rounds
Consistent communication and quick response time.
How great the recruiters at the company are on picking the right type of people to pick for Currency. The head recruiter does a great job of selecting the best candidates

I enjoy showing up every day with a growing team and a welcoming Exec team.
Working hard and being recognized for my efforts.
The family feel at Currency is what makes me so happy to work here. Everyone wants everyone to prosper and everyone is extremely friendly with each other.
